Refund Policy

At Black Salt Society, all of our products are printed to order just for you. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, or change of mind.

Defective or Damaged Items If your order arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted, we've got you covered. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at shopblacksaltsociety@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue

We'll work with our print partner to get you a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Address If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Lost Packages If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If it's still missing, contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has typically already begun and we're unable to cancel.
